Welcome to Adopting a Person-centred Approach to Supervision. We are pleased you have chosen to explore the essence of this approach and enhance your understanding of person-centeredness within the context of healthcare supervision.
The first step of the course is to complete the pre-course questionnaire. After which you should complete modules 1, 2 and 3. Once you have completed the first 3 modules, you are then invited to pick and mix the remaining modules depending on your interests. You may wish to work through them in order, and you can work through your chosen modules at your own pace. The Workbook can be used to jot your own notes and reflections, as well as keep track of your progress.
