If you feel you would benefit from one to one coaching, you can access coaching via the Sussex Coaching Network.

Through accessing a coach from the Sussex Coaching Network you will have the benefits of:

• A choice of qualified coaches from a range of participating organisations with different skills and expertise
• The chance to evaluate your career pathway and enhance personal and career development opportunities
• Build your self-confidence, recognise your value and realise your potential
• If you are feeling stuck, you will be able to work with a coach to find new perspectives and ways forward to realise your ambitions

Code of good practice and ethics

The Sussex Coaching Network adheres to a form of coaching that respects the coachee as the expert in their professional life.

All coaches on the network undertake to treat all coachees equitably and with dignity, regardless of any protected characteristics (sex, gender, age, ability, ethnic origin, nationality, culture, religion or political affiliation etc).

All coaches will hold a coaching qualification – minimum ILM Level 3 or equivalent.
