The need for Coaching Skills is becoming an increasingly important feature in the Sussex Health and Care Integrated Care System. Our aim is to support all managers to develop coaching skills as part of their leadership skills tool kit, which can be used in day to day management, supervision, appraisals and performance conversations etc. We would like to enable and support the development of collaborative coaching culture that helps individuals realise their potential, develops accountability and helps organisations achieve greater wellbeing and positivity amongst staff.
